I’ve always been a curious soul, the kid who took apart anything in sight just to see how it worked. That spark still drives me today, whether I’m solving problems, building something new, or connecting bright minds with opportunities that matter.

My journey’s been a winding one. I served in the U.S. Army as a tank mechanic, learning discipline and grit. Then I dove into entrepreneurship; computers, metal fabrication, programming, design; you name it, I’ve tried it. Since 1997, I’ve run my recruiting agency, sometimes at the forefront of my days, sometimes as an aside. About 2 years ago we rebranded to TopEngineer.net, a passion that’s grown into part of my calling.
