Endorsement is the formal process through which we vet the engineer, endorse them in writing, and support their presentation to top employers with a guarantee structure that reduces employer risk and elevates candidate credibility.
An endorsement means we are willing to put our name behind the engineer in writing and stand behind the employer placement with real replacement protection.
The endorsement begins with rigorous evaluation. We do not endorse an engineer casually. We assess capability, professionalism, trajectory, and fit against the standards expected by top employers.
A written endorsement changes how the engineer is received. It gives employers a clear signal that the candidate has been evaluated, understood, and is being presented with conviction.
The endorsement is not generic praise. It is a strategic representation of why this engineer is worth serious consideration for a specific level of opportunity.
When an endorsed engineer is placed, the placement is supported by our employer-side guarantee structure, which reduces risk for the employer and strengthens the candidate’s credibility.
We review the engineer beyond the resume: background, technical substance, professional character, communication quality, and how the profile stands up under scrutiny.
Once the engineer meets the bar, we endorse them in writing so the employer sees not just a candidate, but a candidate we are prepared to stand behind.
The engineer is then presented to top employers with clearer positioning, stronger narrative control, and a materially better starting point than an unendorsed submission.
If the placement does not work out, we replace the engineer at no charge to the employer during the applicable guarantee period. This is a replacement guarantee, not a guarantee of employment for the engineer.
The guarantee must be understood correctly.
The endorsement exists to elevate how the engineer is seen by top employers. It creates more trust, more signal, and a stronger representation than an unendorsed candidate profile can achieve on its own.
