Paid Services: Proactive placement, career coaching, resume reviews, and exclusive career management tools (available via non-contract memberships).

Platform Features: Direct access to Top Recruiters, personalized job matching, and integration with employer networks (e.g., TopEmployer.net).

We strive to provide accurate and reliable Services but do not guarantee job placement or specific outcomes.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and job applications.
• Maintain the security of your account by keeping your password confidential and notifying us immediately of unauthorized access.
• Update your profile to reflect changes in your qualifications or preferences.
• Use the Services lawfully and respectfully, avoiding any actions that harm our platform, other users, or our partners.

You are responsible for all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

When you submit resumes, profiles, feedback, or other content ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and share your User Content to provide our Services (e.g., sharing your resume with employers). You represent that:

• Your User Content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on third-party rights.
• You have the right to share your User Content with us.

We may remove or modify User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. We do not claim ownership of your User Content but need these rights to operate our platform.

• Pay the fees outlined at checkout, as displayed on Top Engineer.
• Provide valid payment information and authorize recurring payments (if applicable).
• Review our refund policy, which governs cancellations and refunds.

We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle transactions. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your payments. We may adjust fees with prior notice.

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users, recruiters, or employers.
• Use our Services for unauthorized commercial purposes (e.g., reselling job postings).

Violations may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

Our Services may integrate with third parties (e.g., LinkedIn, Deel, FoxHire) or link to external sites (e.g., TopEmployer.net). We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their terms and policies.

We provide our Services "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, availability, or reliability of job postings or employer information.
• The outcome of job applications or career coaching.
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to our platform.

We strive to connect you with opportunities but cannot guarantee employment or specific results. You use our Services at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redstart Media, Inc., its affiliates, and partners will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost wages, emotional distress).
• Losses arising from your use of our Services, including data breaches or third-party actions.
• Any amount exceeding the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months (if applicable).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through:
