Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for membership, candidates must meet the following rigorous criteria:
Academic Excellence
Hold a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or higher in an Engineering discipline from an accredited institution. Advanced degrees (MS, PhD) or specialized certifications are highly regarded.
Industry Expertise
A proven track record of distinguished work in Automotive, Aerospace, or Energy Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of focused experience and progressive responsibility.
Professional Accomplishments

Leadership and Influence
Demonstrated leadership accolades, such as awards, recognitions, or appointments to industry boards, committees, or advisory roles. A history of mentoring or developing emerging talent is essential.
